This website, howtogrowmybusiness.com.au, is run by MYB Workshops Pty Ltd (ABN [ABN]) (“we”, “us”, “our”). We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
1. What we collect
When you buy the books, join our email list or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, postal and shipping address, and order details. We also collect basic website data, such as your device, browser, pages visited and how you arrived at the site, through cookies and similar tools.
We do not collect or store your full card details. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
2. How we use it
We use your information to process and ship your order, send order and tracking updates, handle refunds and returns, answer your questions, send you emails you've signed up for, and improve our website and offers.
3. Marketing emails
If you join our list, we'll send you tips, updates and offers about the books and our programs. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

We only share your information with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our website and email platform, our payment provider, and printing, fulfilment and shipping partners.
